TheBarcelonaboss Luis Enrique is not sure who is going to be his first choice man for standing between the sticks in the upcoming season.

Three different shot stoppers have been tried byBarcelonain the last three pre-season matches and there hasn’t been that much difference between their performances. All have looked decent and this has put Enrique in a little bit of a dilemma.

Talking to the reporters about the goalkeeping department of the team yesterday, Enrique said, “It’s nice to be in a situation of having too many choices as manager. I would like to be in that situation all the time.”

“All three of the goalies that I have got are fantastic. They are highly skilled and it would be very hard to leave a couple of them out.  But, I will have to do it. At the moment though, I have no idea who would start in the first match.”

The Spanish manager also said that the players who impress him while training have the best chance of getting playing opportunities.

In the words of Enrique, “You need to show in the training sessions that you deserve to play. If you do that that, you will definitely be considered for matches. A few players obviously miss out because you can only play with 11, but, if you are consistently looking good in training, at some point, you will get to play.”

The fans are hoping that Enrique, in his debut season at Camp Nou, would help Barca regain the status of the Spanish Champions, but, it’s not as easy as it sounds.

There are two other equally matches teams in the Spanish top tier i.e. the reigning Champions Atletico Madrid and their local rivals Real Madrid. So, Enrique has a challenge in front of him, that’s for sure.
