1. I wouldn’t worry about two defeats on the trot. Arsenal are clearly
   unperforming, but they still have a decent squad and they would have been
   fired up for the derby. 

2. You have an easy enough run in the next few games so hopefully you should
   be able to push on again

3. Suarez is too good to played as a poacher, you need to give him a role
   where the ball will be at his feet
