Mauricio Pochettino has led Tottenham Hotspur to what has been a memorable season for the English club as they have only lost 4 league matches from their 34 opening games of the campaign and won 19 matches, the only other club in the Premier League that has won more games is Leicester City.
All the top European leagues are reaching their last few weeks and there are a few clubs that are interested in having a switch of managers, one of these clubs is Manchester United.
Manchester United is currently being guided by Louis van Gaal but the Dutch coach is under fire with rumors emerging that are linking a number of potential managers that can replace Louis van Gaal if he does get sacked at the end of the season and Mauricio Pochettino is one of the coaches that is being viewed as someone that can take charge of: ‘’The Red Devils’’
Real Madrid is another top club that is being linked with Mauricio Pochettino as the Spanish club is rumored to be already searching for a potential manager that can replace Zinedine Zidane if the Frenchman is not able to win a major piece of silverware in this season.
Unfortunately for Real Madrid and Manchester United as well as the other clubs that are interested in offering Mauricio Pochettino a managerial position, it seems highly unlikely that the Argentine coach will be making a move away from Tottenham Hotspur as he voiced his desire to remain with the club and Pochettino said:
For me to be here, or not to be? That is the question! The money is not important for me. We are building a new stadium and you start to build an emotional relationship. We are a team of people and the money is not as important as the emotional link you create with people here.” Mauricio Pochettino told the media as he talked about his current situation with Tottenham Hotspur and the possibility of him leaving the club.
